1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Parental Consent for Minors: VetteDraws welcomes clients of all ages. However, if you
are under the age of 18, you must have the explicit permission and supervision of a
parent or legal guardian to commission artwork or make payments.
Binding Agreement: By commissioning artwork, adult clients explicitly agree that this contract is fully binding and enforceable, and waive any right to void or cancel the agreement based on the age of the artist.
2. Intellectual Property, Absolute Ownership, and Moral Rights
Artist Retention of Rights: VetteDraws retains full, exclusive, and unconditional
ownership of 100% of the copyright for all creations. This includes, but is not limited
to, preliminary sketches, concept drafts, finalized digital files, physical prints, original paintings, website graphics, logos, and layered source files.
No Transfer of Title: The purchase of a custom art commission, a physical print, or a
digital download does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights
to the client or any third party. All rights not expressly granted in writing within these
terms are strictly reserved by VetteDraws.
Unconditional Exhibition Rights: The artist retains the absolute right to display, publish, reproduce, distribute, and broadcast any completed commission, progress sketch,
time-lapse video, or creation process across all current and future media. This
includes personal portfolios, social media platforms, live streams, print books, art
books, and promotional advertisements.
3. Client Licensing, Scope of Permitted Use, and Strict Commercial Restrictions
Upon receipt of full payment, the commissioning client is granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license for personal, non-commercial use of
the finalized custom artwork.
Permitted Personal Uses: You are permitted to print the final artwork for private,
residential display (e.g., hanging a print in your home or garage), use the image as a wallpaper on personal digital devices, or post the image on personal social media
profiles. When posting online, visible credit must be attributed to @VetteDraws.
Modification Prohibitions: You may not alter, modify, crop, recolor, add filters, remove watermarks, or edit the final artwork, sketches, or progress files in any capacity. The
artwork must be displayed exactly as delivered by the artist.
Absolute Commercial Ban: The artwork cannot be used for any commercial profit,
business growth, or professional branding. This strictly prohibits using the artwork for business logos, shop banners, marketing advertisements, commercial vehicle wraps,
or print-on-demand merchandise (such as T-shirts, stickers, or posters sold to the
public) unless a separate, written Commercial Licensing Agreement is executed and
paid for.
4. Complete Shield Against Malicious Users, Scrapers, and Automated Exploitation
This website, its galleries, and all connected social media profiles operated by
VetteDraws are heavily protected intellectual property. Any unauthorized automated or manual extraction of data or media will be met with immediate legal action.
Prohibition of Scraping and Downloading: Visitors, third parties, and automated bots
are strictly prohibited from downloading, saving, screenshotting, scraping, or utilizing
data-mining tools to extract any artwork, image, text, or metadata from this website
for public archiving, hosting, re-uploading, or redistribution.
Comprehensive Anti-AI Ingestion Clause: Under no circumstances may any artwork,
sketch, or media created by VetteDraws be uploaded to, scraped by, parsed by, or fed
into artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning datasets, generative AI
algorithms, or neural networks. This includes using the artwork for AI model training,
style replication, or algorithmic prompt generation. Any such use constitutes an
intentional and severe copyright violation.
Blockchain, Crypto, and NFT Exclusion: Minting, selling, fractionally dividing, or
associating any portion of VetteDraws artwork with Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs),
crypto-assets, digital tokens, or decentralized ledger registries is completely illegal
and represents a direct violation of international copyright statutes.
5. Enforcement, Legal Remedies, and Financial Liability
Direct DMCA Compliance: VetteDraws actively monitors the internet and third-party platforms for copyright infringement. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation, AI ingestion, platform re-uploading, or identity impersonation involving VetteDraws
artwork will result in an immediate Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown
notice sent to the hosting provider, domain registrar, server network, or social media platform.
Indemnification and Financial Damages: Any client or malicious user who breaches
these copyright terms agrees to indemnify VetteDraws against all legal costs,
administrative fees, and damages. You agree to be held fully liable for statutory
damages and the immediate forfeiture of 100% of any revenue generated from the unauthorized commercial use or exploitation of VetteDraws' intellectual property.
